Leftovers

Beth is hosting again this week – thanks so much!  What a fantastic idea she has come up with – “left overs”!  I’m sure most of us have been eating lots of left overs lately!  Now it’s time to think about them in terms of your art. As always, the challenge is open to your own interpretations.

    Hi Everyone!!!!

    Happy New Year!!! May 2010 bring you all joy and happiness and more creativity….I started a new project this year called ” A painting a day” and have used some of my leftover canvas supplies so I made this piece as my submission this week…I also hope you will pop by daily to see me on this journey to 365 paintings….

    What a fun piece and a great idea!!!!
    I actually made these pages today and I used a piece I created for tag tuesday and combined it with lots of leftovers!!

    I’ve been too sick the last few days to paint anything, but I think the spoils of a thrifting expedition might qualify as “leftovers.” so I’ve submitted a photo this week.

    This is my first entry and first piece of mixed media. The bottle was leftover from the holidays at my mom’s and was used to create a piece for her as a xmas present. I know this was created prior to the challenge but I thought I would share.
