Thanks also for all the kind words, I feel a little sad, but think that the timing is right to finish MMM. Good luck with all of your art adventures, I’m sure I’ll “see you around”. As from next week, Mixed Media Monday is going monthly. That means that you will have a full month to create your piece of art, and post it to our site. In fact, I intend to continue with the little psst” message that gives you the upcoming challenge, so that will give you up to two months to create a piece.
I hope everyone will continue to enjoy Mixed Media Monday. I think being a monthly challenge will give those of us who wish to, more time to create larger projects, and take the pressure off trying to have something ready to post in a week.
So that we can keep the name Mixed Media Monday, I will post the new challenges on the first Monday of the month – so we will be Mixed Media Monday – Monthly 
I hope this will suit most people and that you will continue to take a challenge with us.

Since our poor old forum died an unnatural death a while back, I’ve been thinking that I would still like a way to discuss art with members of Mixed Media Monday, as well as get to exchange ATC’s or other artwork with them. This time I opted for a venue that I know – Yahoo groups. So this is an invitation to everyone who participates on Mixed Media Monday to come along and join the Yahoo group. You will find a link in right side bar to join. Let’s have fun!

We have been published in the wonderful Somerset Studio publication “Artful Blogging”. It is a wonderful four page spread, with some of our participants’ artwork being featured. Congratulations to everyone who’s wonderful work appears in this issue, and congrats also to Somerset Studio for another wonderful publication. Unfortunately I think some of the artistic credits have been messed up, so if you have any corrections you would like me to publish here, please let me know. You can see Heather R’s wonderful piece on page 117, where it slipped into the One World, One Heart article.
